The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Secure Community Network (SCN) database. Working within and across the organization, the administrator will identify, develop, and deploy new business processes to enhance and improve data, records, and metrics outputs. This role requires a technical project manager, administrator, and Salesforce analyst expertise.

  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including, but not limited to: workflow, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports


  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field required
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least two (2) years of Salesforce Administration experience with Salesforce Digital Experience Cloud (Community) and Lightning Knowledge
  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
  • Advanced Administrator Certification (preferred)
  • Platform App Builder Certification (preferred)

Founded in 2004 by The Jewish Federations of North America and the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, SCN supports individuals and Jewish organizations through information and intelligence-sharing, security assessments of organizations and facilities, training, consultation, and incident response on behalf of 146 Federations, 50 partner organizations and over 300 independent communities as well as with other partners across sectors.
